RIBSA U-21 IBSF Training Day 2

As part of winning the RIBSA U-21 National Championship last weekend, Shane Bates from Liam Mellows SC Wexford was in the Ivy Rooms on Saturday the 14th of May for a training day with our National Coach PJ Nolan.

Shane worked with PJ from 11am – 4pm on his Break Building, Long Potting and Safety Routines to prepare for the IBSF U-21 World Championships in Belgium and Home Internationals in Leeds in August.
