Snooker & Billiards Ireland

Snooker & Billiards Ireland is the official governing body for Snooker and Billiards in the Republic of Ireland. SBI is funded by Sport Ireland with an annual grant each year.

SBI organise snooker and billiards events all around the country from September to May each year, concluding with the National Finals in all categories. Events range from Under-12 through to Super Seniors Over 55s, plus Ladies, Billiards, and disability categories.

Each category ranking list selects players for international teams representing Ireland at EBSA, IBSF, and World Championship events.

Yes — individual SBI members can enter ranking events directly without being attached to a club.
Membership is paid securely online during registration or renewal.
Membership runs for 12 months from your join date and can be renewed online before it lapses.
