3-hour course organised through local sports partnerships via Sport Ireland. Mandatory for all SBI coaches before receiving accreditation.
All coaches must complete Garda vetting each season through SBI. This is renewed annually and is required to maintain coaching status.
SBI Children's Officer training, organised by local sports authorities. Required for all Level 1 coaches.
All coaches must be current paid-up members of SBI (€50/year) to maintain their coaching accreditation.
