New Junior Snooker Opens

This coming September RIBSA will introduce new Junior Open events in three venues in the same day with prize money. A player can play in any venue he wishes and the entry fee is €10.00 per player. These events should be promoted by the clubs and run by the clubs to help promote Junior Snooker in each area.

The Entry Fee is € 10.00 for each event and there will have no ranking points only prize money available. Each event will start at 10.30am and the Closing date is 10am on the morning of the tournament and the player must contact the club direct to enter the tournament.

Example 12 Entries = €96 Cash Prize Fund

Winner €50.00 – Runner Up €26 – Semi Finals €10 each

After each event the Club will email RIBSA a report and photos and it will be put up on the RIBSA Web Site. The format of each event is up to the club to play knock outs or groups depending on the numbers on the day. As a guide the knock out matches will be the best of 5 frames including the semi final and final.
