At a recent board meeting SBI has agreed the following.
All SBI Snooker and Billiards players selected to compete in International competitions will need to complete the Sport Ireland Anti-Doping E Learning course prior to competing. The course will need to be renewed annually. A certificate of completion must be submitted to SBI.
The course can be accessed on the Sport Ireland Website at https://www.sportireland.ie/anti-doping-e-learning
The player will need to log on and set up their own account.
While it is a requirement for all International players to complete the learning SBI would encourage all players, referees and officials to complete the course in order to educate themselves about Anti – Doping.
