RIBSA U-18 IBSF Training Day 2
Noel Landers from Youghal CYMS was in the Ivy Rooms for a training day with our National Coach PJ Nolan on Saturday the 1st of April. Noel was guided through a new training program to prepare for the 2017 World IBSF U-18 Championships in China.

As part of winning the second RIBSA / IBSF U-18 Ranking event Noel attends the following events for training as each winner of a RIBSA junior U-18 event this season will qualify for the World U-18 Championships.
Noel and PJ worked on break building and tactical routines today to improve his overall game.
